About the Network

The Comparative Legal Futures Network (CLFN) brings together scholars researching how legal systems anticipate, absorb, and respond to social change. It was approved as a working group of the International Association for Comparative Legal Studies (IACLS) at the Board meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, on 12 March 2025.
